I have long been using this technique, also adopted from meditation, which I call inner-body awareness. My impression was that it worked barely 60% of the time, so I was surprised by your claim. But after reading the article, I realized that you were proceeding VERY thoroughly; whereas I had been trying to either feel the whole inner body at once, or moving spontaneously from place to place — in both cases, leaving out many areas of the body. I just tried the rigorously-thorough approach, and wow! Not only did it work but I had a long and very refreshing nap. Thanks!
